What they don't show you is the guards winding them up off camera. And that DEFINITELY happens. Not saying for a moment that these inmates aren't unhinged as hell. They've either had terrible upbringings, or loose wires in the mind (possibly both). To be honest, they should just move them all into a Chinese prison and they would all be taught discipline within 10-minutes. These guys can barely be controlled in prison's let alone general population society.
